We provide a safe mechanism that protects staffing agencies from having to release their contact lists to an untrusted source, while providing their clients with assurances that they take compliance seriously.

Minimally Invasive Compliance Auditing

Our staffing agency partners are only required to submit reports including the minimum information necessary for us to provide compliance audits on a monthly basis. If there is potential breach, we first work directly with our staffing agency partners to determine whether a breach has occurred according to the terms of your non-solicit clause.
